James joined BFS in 2026 as a Client Service Officer while completing a Bachelor of Commerce at Monash University, majoring in Finance and Economics.

Passionate about personal and professional growth, James has a strong interest in the financial planning profession and enjoys supporting clients through clear, transparent, and trustworthy communication. He is driven by problem solving, working closely with clients, and contributing to a positive team environment through strong communication and attention to detail. His approachable nature and commitment to service excellence make him a valuable asset to the BFS team.

Outside of work, James enjoys staying active through the gym and playing Golf, as well as spending quality time with family and friends.
